You may want AntiVirus to ignore specific items, so that they remain on the system and are not reported in future scans.
To ignore items that are being detected by AntiVirus that you wish to keep, you can add items to the Scan Exclusion List. These ignored items will be ignored by AntiVirus.

To do this, please follow these instructions:
1. Open AntiVirusbr
2. Click on the ‘Settings’ selection tab on the left hand side
3. Make sure ‘Scan Settings’ has been selected under ‘Pick a Category’, then click on ‘Scan Exclusions’ which is underlined in blue.
4. Within the Scan Exclusion window, you have the option to exclude folders, files or even file extensions.
5. Once you have finished entering the file types you want excluded, click on ‘OK’ to exit.
